Normally, wine accompanies the food. We’re turning that principle on its head. Because with Ammersee Winery, there are now genuinely enjoyable wines coming from the region. Behind this stands a bold pioneer: Uli Ernst is daring to break new ground in the face of climate change, experimenting with innovative grape varieties and cultivation methods. In conversation, he offers insights into his work as a winemaker from the Ammersee.

Above all, however, we’ll be pouring the results of this work for you to taste. Paired with ten dishes made from regional ingredients that harmonize beautifully with the wines—each prepared live by our kitchen team in the open kitchen.
